There's nothing quite like seeing your images printed to really appreciate the beauty of a picture. I love watching my brides open up their wedding albums for the first time and ooh and ahh over how gorgeous everything looks and I know it is something they will cherish for years to come. Not only is the wedding album a reminder of the vows you took and the love you celebrated – it’s a document of your nearest and dearest who were right there with you to celebrate the beginning of this new chapter in your love story. As an old married woman (ok, not that old), I still grab my album at least once a year and smile as I look through it, as it re-connects me to just how AH-MAZING I felt on my wedding day and this is really what I want for every WOP bride. No one has ever regretted getting a wedding album but I know so many, who years later are wishing they had one or a better quality one.
I print my albums in the UK with a fabulous company called Loxley Colour. Not only are their products beautiful but their customer service is outstanding, which is very important when I am shipping products across continents and need everything to be absolutely perfect! The products may be a little more expensive than what you find locally but I'll pick affordable quality every single time and so do my clients. These are two of the different albums that I currently offer in my wedding collections - the simple but lovely coffee table book and the absolutely gorgeous flushmount leather album, which is my personal favourite! You can get more details about these two products over on my album page in case you were wondering. 🙂
So if you are engaged and looking for a fabulous wedding photographer who can really capture the essence of your day and make sure you don't miss a thing, then be sure to contact me right here, so we can get chatting about what you need and of course, you get to check out these beauties in person. I still have a couple of openings left this year and bookings for 2014 have begun. So don't wait too long. 😉

I wholeheartedly agree, Wani. A young couple might not realize how important that album is, and even think they will be ok with just the high resolution images, but the truth is digital files tend to get lost and forgotten inside our computers. The feeling of holding an album in your hands, of turning the pages, of taking the time to appreciate those images and remember or imagine the stories behind them, that is priceless. A wedding album should be seen as an investment for life, not as a wedding add-on. By the way, absolutely gorgeous images and album designs! Your clients are well taken-care off 🙂
Couldn't agree with you more Maira. Memories fade away and even when you intend to do an album afterwards, you never do. I'm still waiting to do my son's birthday album one year later and I'm actually a photographer - lol. Thank you so much for your kind words - I do try my best. I really appreciate it. 🙂
Nice one!!!!!
So true! With recent technology, most people won't have prints in the next few years, relying solely on FB profiles and Instagram uploads....but an album, especially a wedding album, it's just necessary!!!! Love it!
Great advice! Our lives are so busy creating an album on your own probably would never happen. Leave it to the professional!
great post Wani! Albums are such a great way to show off wedding photos!
Omg I love the album! More clients need to be doing these....what is the point of having the images sit on your computer??
Exactly!!!!
I concur! It's so different to have something tangible like that from your wedding rather than some digital files, especially when it becomes a family heirloom!
i could not possibly agree more!!! there is NOTHING like turning those pages of an album. not the same on a screen. and less likely that you'll view your images when they're trapped on a disc! your album designs are gorgeous!
I love albums! These ones are gorgeous, great job!
Thanks Tracy - they are even better in person. 🙂
Good information to share with a couple! Great images in those products too! 😉
Thanks Tracie 🙂
Gosh, your albums are so beautiful!!
Aww, thanks Larianne. I do love them 🙂
