This was actually my first wedding this year second shooting for photog pal Deji Atte of Deji A Photography - you can check out more of this wedding on his site right here. I was very excited about this one as I love getting the opportunity to shoot diverse cultural weddings in Lagos and Edo weddings are just so beautiful with all the gorgeous beads and corals and beautiful wrappers. I especially love the hair pieces - so beautiful. I started off shooting Yemi, who was an absolute star and it didn't hurt that he used to "model" - so we had lots of fun in our photo session. Here are some of my favourite images of the day.
p.s: Naomi is actually an avid blogger and you can check out her blog right here - the posts I've read are pretty funny. 🙂
p.p.s: I know you're wondering, so the gorgeous make up was done by the fabulous Stella of Stella's addiction.

That was so interesting Wani! I have never been to Africa, but it's a dream of mine. This really made me want to make my dream come true a bit sooner... So so so beautiful. Everything was beautiful. Their smiles, their big eyes, their clothers, everything. I just wish I could hear some of the music that was playing too... Fantastic work!
