Bimpe contacted me about her wedding around a year ago and after meeting her and Bawo, I just prayed she would book me because they are my ideal clients - professional, easy going, deeply in love and fans of my work (yippee!). The couple got married and had their wedding reception at the Lagos Oriental Hotel in Lekki. It was a fantastic day co-ordinated by the super talented Ayiri of Oaken Events and there were so many beautiful moments and special touches. I particularly loved their personalised vows, which were very touching, the garter toss was extremely entertaining (thank you Bawo) and the mother-son dance had me in tears. Bimpe made a beautiful bride but when she changed to that stunning gold reception dress by the talented Toyin Lawani of Tiannah Styling, she took things up a notch. Here's a sneak peek of the day (yes I know it's rather long but I just couldn't help myself.) Thanks as always to Deji of Deji Atte Photography for helping me out on this one.
Bimpe & Bawo - thank you so much for choosing WOP to cover your special day. You are totally made for each other and I wish you all the love, joy and happiness in the world. God bless you plenty plenty. 🙂
See y'all next year - 2015 looks to be the best one yet. 🙂
