So Chinwe and Uche were actually referred to me by the super talented Gaz of Gazmadu Photography as she was getting married the same day. It's always encouraging to have your fellow photographers entrust their clients to your care; Gaz did a wonderful job on their pre-wedding shoot, so the pressure was definitely on to deliver on the wedding - lol. The couple got married at St Charles Borromeo church in 1004 and then they rocked it at their black and white reception at Havilah House of Events in Victoria Island. It was emotional day with lots of tears, joy and laughter. I love the way these two lovebirds are so in tune and balance each other out perfectly. Chinwe heads up the event planning outfit Events by B&C Fabs and she did a wonderful job planning the day with help from the fantastic Abuja-based Nazir of Fresh Buds and Bloom, who also handled the decor. Everything came together beautifully and a lovely day was had by all. The after party was on another level with lots of craziness on the dance floor, which was so much fun to watch. Thanks as always to my partner in crime and second shooter, Mr Deji Atte of Deji Atte Photography.
Chinwe and Uche – thank you again for choosing WOP to document the beginning of a new chapter in your love story. I wish you both many blessings on this journey called marriage. 🙂
p.s: Can we say hurray for real flowers everywhere? An uncommon treat for Nigerian weddings and I loved it!!!!
